  • Promote business mix/use components of Downtown Master Plan.

  • Update property inventory

  • Identify and target destination businesses for recruitment

  • Conduct Merchant Seminar

  • Develop proposed districts surrounding downtown with target business group, names, icons, boundaries, etc.

 

The mission of the Economic Restructuring Committee is to strengthen the existing economic assets of the downtown while diversifying its economic base
