5K Annual Fall Charity Fun Run
 

Who:  Fun for all ages!  Bring a friend, bring a group.

What:  5K (3.1 mile) Fun Run/Jog/Walk along Lake Eustis (We actually run on  

            the Eustis Lake Walk!)

Where:  Historic Downtown Eustis, Ferran Park and The Eustis Lake Walk

When:  Saturday, November 11, 2006 @ 8am

Why:  Stay fit, have fun and benefit two great local non-profit organizations,

          Hospice of Lake and Sumter and Eustis Main Street.  We need your

          support to enhance our work!

How:  Forms can be downloaded below or picked up at the Eustis Chamber of  

           Commerce.  You can then mail your registration form to:

           Eustis Main Street

           P.O. Box 164,

           Eustis, FL  32727

           or drop it off at the Eustis Chamber of Commerce, at the north end of   

           Ferran Park.

Pre-registration cost:               $18.00 (includes event t-shirt)

Race Day (7am) registration:  $20.00 (includes event t-shirt)

Checks should be made out to Eustis Main Street.
